Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Understand and voluntarily sign an informed consent form (ICF) prior to any assessment/procedure related to the study; ? History of drug overdose; ? Diagnostic criteria of acute liver failure: acute onset, 2 weeks of ? and above hepatic encephalopathy (according to the classification of ?) and the following manifestations: a. Extreme fatigue, accompanied by obvious anorexia, abdominal distension, nausea, vomiting and other severe gastrointestinal symptoms; b. jaundice progression in the short term, serum total bilirubin (TBil) =10× upper limit of normal (ULN) or daily increase =17.1 µmol/L; c. Bleeding tendency, prothrombin activity (PTA) = 40%, or International normalized ratio (INR) =1.5, and other causes are excluded; d. Progressive shrinkage of the liver. There are no absolute contraindications for blood purification therapy such as active bleeding.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects with any of the following conditions will not be enrolled in this study. ? Complicated with viral hepatitis and autoimmune liver disease; ? Complicated with various immune-related diseases and neoplastic diseases; ? The investigator believes that the subject's complications or other conditions may affect adherence to the protocol or may not be suitable for participation in the study.
