Age
30 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Security personnel currently employed at Zhongshan Hospital, working regular night or day shifts for at least six months; 2. Ages between 30 to 65 years old, limited to males; 3. Agree to provide blood and fecal samples; 4. Agree to undergo myocardial perfusion imaging and echocardiography examination; 5. No history of coronary heart disease; 6. Have not used antibiotics in the past six months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adjusted the working pattern between day and night shifts within the past six months; 2. Plans to leave their position in the short term; 3. Refuses or is unable to cooperate with conducting the questionnaire survey; 4. Has a history of cardiovascular disease (coronary heart disease, myocardial hypertrophy, arrhythmia, valvular disease, myocarditis, aortic dissection, etc.)
