60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? age = 60 years old; ? long-term care insurance by long-term care insurance incapacity rating, enjoy long-term care insurance home treatment of long-term disabled persons; ? the affected side of the upper limb Brunnstrom stage 3 ~ 4, hand Brunnstrom stage 3 ~ 4 (dominant side); ? the affected side of the upper limb muscle strength 3 ~ 4 (dominant side); ? seated balance of 2 ~ 3; ? normal swallowing, speech, vision, hearing, able to cooperate with the study; ? patients voluntarily signed the informed consent for the study; ? vital signs are stable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?mental illness or severe cognitive impairment; ?other concurrent illnesses or symptoms affecting the function of the upper extremity, such as shoulder deformity, upper extremity pain, etc.; ?patients still receiving physical therapy;?major personal and family accidents in the last month, such as bereavement or loss of a friend.
