Observation Group:The hand wound treatment of the ESWT group was based on the RT group, and in vitro divergent shock wave treatment on days 3,5 and 7 days after the injury
control group:While changing the dressing, the wound and surrounding normal skin were disinfected. The wound was treated using the principle of TIME (evaluate the wound, control infection, maintain we
control wound infection and adjust antibiotics according to the drug sensitivity results
and provide nutritional support.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients were diagnosed with deep ?° burn (2) patientswere aged 18-50 years (3) The burn site of the subject was the hand (4) The experiment was conducted with the informed consent of the subjects
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The subject has taken other physical factors before enrollment (2) Suffering from other basic diseases and local infection before the burn (3) Other complications occurred during the burn period (4) the exclusion of patients with sensory disorders
