Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade I-IV; 2.Cardiac function grade III and below (NYHA cardiac function grade); 3.Left ventricular diastolic function grade II or below; 4.Age >=18; 5. No contraindications for neuroblockade; 6. Patient's informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe coagulation disorder; 2.Contraindications for nerve block; 3.Hypersensitivity to dexmedetomidine and ropivacaine; 4.Long-term opioid use; 5. Patient refusal to participate.
