Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Determine Helicobacter pylori infection by C13 or C14 breath test or rapid urease test; 2. Vonolasone plus high-dose amoxicillin or Vonolasone plus metronidazole+amoxicillin+bismuth quadruple therapy was selected. 3. The age is between 25 and 55; 4. I have not participated in other research projects at present; 5. Agree to participate in this research project and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Use antibiotics or probiotics in the last 2 months; 2. Lactating or pregnant women; 3. Have serious diseases such as heart, lung, liver and kidney; 4. Personal history of digestive tract tumor, inflammatory bowel disease and colorectal cancer; 5. Patients with metabolic diseases such as diabetes and BMI greater than 30; 6. Suffering from malignant tumor or chronic diseases of other systems; 7. Patients with chronic diarrhea and recent acute pancreatitis; 8. Have an allergic history to any drug in the scheme; 9. Hp was not eradicated by the above two schemes.
