Group C:Intravenous infusion of 20ml normal saline
Group S:10mg dexamethasone + normal saline to 20ml intravenously
Group SM:10mg dexamethasone +1µg/kg dexmedetomidine + normal saline to 20ml intravenously

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-65 years who would undergo unilateral thoracoscopic surgery; ASA I - III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Contraindications of regional nerve block, including skin infection or bleeding disease at the block site; (2) Allergy to any drug used in this test and contraindications; (3) patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, diabetes mellitus and abnormal liver and kidney function before operation; (4) History of chronic pain, long-term use of opioids, hormones or non-steroidal drugs; (5) People who cannot communicate normally: hearing impairment, language comprehension impairment, mental illness, etc.; (6) Bradycardia (< 50 times/min); (7) BMI=30 kg/?; (8) has participated in other researchers;
