18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female age>18 years old; 2. Confirmed drug-susceptible pulmonary tuberculosis through molecular and/or phenotypic drug susceptible test; 3. Confirmed type 2 diabetes according to guideline; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study, agree to wear a continuous glucose monitoring system for a total of 2 months during the strengthening period, and regular follow up until anti-TB treatment completion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe skin allergies or other conditions who are unable to wear a continuous glucose monitoring system; 2. Drug-resistant tuberculosis patients; 3. Other situations evaluated by the researcher and deemed unsuitable for participation in this study;

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The relationship between TIR and sputum negative conversion at the end of 2 months and the treatment outcome of pulmonary tuberculosis;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The incidence of adverse events;Abnormal rates between blood glucose indicators and conventional fingertip blood glucose, venous blood glucose, and HbA1c;
