Inclusion criteria: (1) Staff who have obtained a radiologist's work permit; ? Doctors, medical technicians, nurses need to obtain the relevant professional practice certificate; ? Volunteer to participate in this survey.

Exclusion criteria: ? Radiation workers who have been engaged in radiation work for less than half a year; (2) radiological workers who receive further education and training
