Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of LDH; ? Conforming to the TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria; ? aged 18-80 years old; ? the symptoms correspond to the imaging examination; ? no recent use of painkillers, liver and kidney tonic Chinese medicine compound or Chinese patent medicine, no systematic treatment; ? voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients who did not meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of lumbar disc herniation; ? caused by diseases such as spinal stenosis, vertebral tumor or tuberculosis; ? patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbar fracture, lumbar tuberculosis and bone tumor; ? people who are susceptible to allergy; (5) previous history of lumbar surgery; ? lower limb muscle weakness and neurogenic claudication; ? Severe diseases of cardiovascular system, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, mental patients, pregnant women; Participating in other clinical investigators; ? huge herniated or prolapsed intervertebral disc with definite surgical indications; ? Cauda equina syndrome, obvious neurological impairment, especially secondary defecation dysfunction.
