18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) 18 to 60 years old, 2) Physical examination reveals Helicobacter pylori infection: One of the following methods results positive: ? Carbon 13 or Carbon 14 breath test ? Fecal Helicobacter pylori antigen ? Gastroscopy pathological examination 3) Asymptomatic patients who are willing to receive the first-time eradication treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Retreated patients, 2) Allergies to the treatment plan drugs, 3) There are other accompanying issues or situations where researchers determine that inclusion is not suitable, such as underlying diseases such as heart, lung, liver, and kidney, endocrine and metabolic disorders, autoimmune abnormalities, tumors, peptic ulcers, inflammatory bowel disease, and a history of gastrointestinal surgery, 4) Pregnant, 5) Individuals who have taken antibiotics, acid suppressants, bismuth supplements, probiotics, or other medications that affect the gut microbiota within the past three months.
