Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Youth group: (1) greater than 20 points on the negative mood scale; (2) can perform normal physical activities; (3) no regular exercise habits. Elderly group: (1) older than 65 years old; (2) able to perform normal physical activities; (3) no smoking habits. Group of patients one month after PCI (1) Meet Chinese and Western medicine STEMI diagnostic criteria; Western medicine diagnostic criteria: Refer to the Guidelines for Rapid Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Coronary Syndrome Emergencies published in 2019 STEMI: ?. Persistent severe chest for >20 minutes, which is not relieved after containing nitroglycerin; II. ST-segment elevation =0.1mV on two or more adjacent ECGs; ?. Abnormally elevated markers of myocardial injury (myoglobin, creatine kinase CK, cardiac-specific troponins CTnT and CTnl, and creatine kinase isoenzyme CK-MB). Diagnostic Criteria for Chinese Medicine Refer to the TCM diagnostic criteria of Qi deficiency and blood stasis in the Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicines (Trial Implementation). (2) Age 45-65 years old; (3) With indications for PCI treatment and successfully underwent PCI surgery for one month; (4) NYHA cardiac function classification lower than Class IV; (5) Coronary heart disease patients with risk stratification in the low-risk stratum and relatively stable clinical symptoms; (6) Patients and their families read the informed consent form in detail and signed it. Essential hypertension group : (1) patients who met the diagnostic criteria for hypertension class 1 and 2 and whose hypertension typology was essential; (2) patients whose cardiovascular risk stratification was low-risk or intermediate-risk and who were advised by their physicians to participate; and (3) patients who were informed about the experiment and agreed to participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Youth group: (1) Have serious mental disorders, schizophrenia and tendencies and other mental illnesses, as well as major diseases such as heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes;(2) Long-term use of mood-regulating drugs. Elderly group: (1) with serious cardiopulmonary diseases. Group of patients one month after PCI:(1) Other cardiovascular diseases: congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, heart valve disease, stable angina pectoris, aortic coarctation, severe arrhythmia, etc.; (2) Patients with serious digestive, blood, respiratory, endocrine, nervous system and other serious diseases; (3) Bone and joint and muscular diseases affecting normal sports and exercise; (4) Intellectual or mental anomalies that cannot cooperate with clinical observation. Patients. Essential hypertension group : (1) heart disease and other organic lesions; (2) combined diabetes and serious heart, brain and kidney complications;(3) Abnormal thyroid function, bone and joint diseases that affect the ability to exercise; (4) Other patients with secondary hypertension; (5) Those who are unable to participate in the whole experiment according to the regulations.
