Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Same as the diagnostic criteria for LDH; The patient did not take corticosteroids, non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or other medications before treatment; MRI and other imaging studies have determined that the patient has mild to moderate intervertebral disc herniation. All patients signed informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with lumbar spine diseases such as tuberculosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis, vertebral compression fractures, bone tumors, lumbar spinal stenosis, acute lumbar sprains, etc; Individuals with cognitive abnormalities, mental illnesses, malignant tumors, and other illnesses; LDH compression of the cauda equina nerve requires surgical treatment for patients; Patients who withdrew from the trial midway, were intolerant or had poor treatment adherence.
