Digital Tools Steering Group:On the basis of general health education, subjects will be given digital tools to guide them.
Personalized Diet Steering Group:On the basis of general health education, the subjects were given personalized diet guidance.
Digital tools guide the Joint Personalized Diet Steering Group:On the basis of general health education, subjects were given digital tool guidance combined with personalized diet guidance.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. Age 18-30 years old; ii. Able to follow the experimental protocol and sign the informed consent; iii. Those with inadequate breakfast quality (according to the Dietary Guidelines for Chinese residents, breakfasts including cereals, meat and eggs, vegetables/fruits, and milk and beans are considered to be of adequate nutritional quality, while breakfasts containing less than four types of food are considered to be of inadequate quality). Those who meet the above two requirements at the same time are included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons with the following diseases or symptoms will be excluded: i. Pregnant or lactating women; ii serious heart, liver, kidney and other major organ complications or other serious diseases, such as digestive system diseases, malignant tumors; iii. Other circumstances that may affect the implementation and effectiveness of the experimental intervention.
