Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ASA grade I-III elective open reduction and internal fixation of lower leg fractures; 2. Age 18-65 years old; 3. BMI: 18-30kg/m2;4. Voluntarily signed informed consent and willing to comply with the requirements of the trial protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusal to participate;2.History of allergy or specific reaction to amide local anesthetics ;3.BMI> 30 kg/m2 ;4.Severe cardiac, pulmonary and renal insufficiency, combined with a variety of chronic diseases unable to tolerate surgical anesthesia and psychiatric diseases;5.Those with a history of alcoholism, opioid allergy, or drug abuse ;6.Patients with uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes;7.Pregnant or lactating women;8.Those with a history of neurological diseases or inability to communicate normally
