Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: TSD group included criteria (1) Comply with the fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) formulated by the American Psychiatric Association Diagnostic criteria for PTSD: The DSM-5 Revision of the PTSD Detection Scale (PTSD, Checklist for PTSD) DSM-5,PCL-5) the total score of each item is =33 points, and the patient is visited by 2 attending psychiatrists or above Bed assessment; (2) Aged 18-65 years old; (3) Right-handed; (4) Clear consciousness, can voluntarily cooperate with the completion of various questionnaires or scales, various tests HCG group inclusion criteria (1) No psychological trauma history, no psychological trauma after interview; (2) Age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited; (3) Right-handed; (4) Clear consciousness, can voluntarily cooperate with the completion of various questionnaires or scales, various tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Mental retardation, craniocerebral trauma, history of major physical diseases, and other mental disorders; (2) A history of psychoactive substance or drug abuse; (3) Negative suicide risk assessment as high risk; (4) Long-term use of drugs that may affect cognitive function: nootropic drugs, >90 days of benzodiazepines, Cholinergic receptor antagonists; (5) There are contraindications in MRI scanning: metal implants in the body (including pacemakers, nerve stimulators, gold) Denture, etc.), specific fears for small Spaces, etc.; (6) In the early stage of pregnancy (=3 months) or unable to receive MRI examination; 6 (7) Have received improved electroshock and other physical therapy.
