18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who plan to undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia and require invasive arterial pressure monitoring; (2) Age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited; Body mass index (BMI) : 18-30 kg/m2; (4) American Society of Anesthesia (ASA) Grade I-II; (5) No chronic diseases such as hypertension, heart disease, diabetes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Cervical and peripheral vascular ultrasound abnormalities, including plaque, stenosis and anatomic variation; (2) Patients who refused to participate in the study; (3) Patients who cannot cooperate with or refuse ultrasound examination; (4) ECG showed non-sinus heart rate; (5) insufficiency of important organs; (6) Pregnant patients.
