Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria for tinnitus nervosa. ? Age 18-65 years old. ?Patients with unilateral tinnitus. ?The severity of tinnitus is grade II to IV. ?Those who have persistent attacks for more than 5d or recurring attacks for less than 1-6 months. ?Can cooperate in completing various tinnitus examinations and carefully complete the subjective tinnitus survey information sheet. ? Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with bilateral tinnitus. ?Pregnant or lactating women. ? Tinnitus caused by tumour or systemic diseases (e.g. tympanic space-occupying lesion, acoustic neuroma, brain tumour, hyperthyroidism, renal disease). ?Total deafness with tinnitus, combined with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and liver, kidney, haematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases and psychiatric patients. ?Those with organic damage caused by trauma or infection (such as cerumen impaction, foreign body in external ear canal, otitis media). ?Those who has other serious complications, such as heart disease, high blood pressure, cerebral infarction, etc. ? Those who use other drugs or therapeutic measures related to the treatment of this disease 1 week before or during the treatment that may affect the determination of the efficacy.
