65 Years to 95 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 65 years old, regardless of gender; 2. ASA classification: Level I-III; 3. BMI = 28kg/?; 4. Preoperative diagnosis of hip fracture, femoral trochanter fracture, intertrochanteric fracture, or femoral neck fracture; 5. Have the ability to act independently, have clear awareness, and be able to cooperate in completing experiments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are contraindicated for intranasal administration (such as those with damaged or diseased nasal mucosa); 2. Patients with a history of insulin allergy; 3. Have a history of cerebrovascular accidents with sequelae; 4. Patients with neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's or Parkinson's disease; 5. Patients with severe liver and kidney diseases; 6. Patients with diseases that can cause an increase in inflammatory factors (including but not limited to autoimmune diseases); 7. Patients who refuse the experimental protocol or are lost to follow-up.
