Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy at selected time 2. Age: 18-65 years old 3. BMI < 30kg/m² 4. ASA grade I ~ II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with difficult airway or obstructed nasopharyngeal ventilation 2.Patients with unfavorable intubation process 3.Patients with a history of neuropsychiatric disease before surgery 4. Patients with myasthenia gravis or suspected myasthenia gravis 5. patients with more than 3 hours of operation 6. patients with a full stomach, patients with recurrent laryngeal nerve or airway injury
