Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to the diagnostic criteria of T2D in the Clinical Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in the Elderly ( 2022 Edition ) issued by the Diabetes Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, patients with clear diagnosis and inclusion criteria were selected.? FBG = 7.0 mmol / L ; ? 2 h postprandial blood glucose = 11.1 mmol / L ; ? HbA1c = 6.5 % ; ? diagnosed as type 2 diabetes or using hypoglycemic drugs. Type 2 diabetes can be diagnosed if any of the above conditions are met.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Nervous system diseases ( transient ischemic attack, stroke, Parkinson 's disease, epilepsy, central nervous system demyelinating diseases and degenerative diseases, tumors, etc. ) ; ? Mental illness ( depression, anxiety, etc. ) ; ? History of abuse of tobacco, alcohol and psychotropic drugs ; ? Long-term use of drugs that affect cognitive function ( such as benzodiazepines ) ; ? History of thyroid disease ; ? Liver or renal insufficiency ; ? Lisual sensory impairment ; ? History of carbon monoxide poisoning.
