18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects fully understand and voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent; 2. older or unfit adult acute myeloid leukemia other than acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) diagnosed by clinical diagnosis. 3. 60-70 years old (including boundary values 60 and 70), or >18 years old unfit patients who achieved complete remission and negative MRD after induction treatment. 4. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) physical status score=1, or KPS=90, or PS=1; 5. Expected survival time = 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Can accept allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 2. Incomplete remission or positive residual disease; 3. Abnormal heart disease or lung function that may affect treatment; 4.Can not come back for eximination on time; 5.Unsuitable subjects for this study determined by the investigator.
