Patients undergoing elective surgery

Interventions

PCFV group:In pressure controlled ventilation (PCV) mode, face mask ventilation is accepted, and the inhalation pressure is set to 10cmH2O, 15 cmH2O, and 20cmH2O, with an inhaled oxygen concentration
HFNO group:Receive high flow humidified oxygen at a rate of 40L/min, 50L/min, and 60L/min through a nasal cannula, and inhale oxygen concentration of 100%
Naso group:Adjust oxygen flow rates of 6L/min, 9L/min, and 12L/min through the nasopharynx airway, and inhale oxygen concentration of 100%.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Choose to undergo tracheal intubation general anesthesia surgery, age = 18 years old, ASA grade I-III, BMI<32kg/m2, sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal, difficulty in mask ventilation, facial anatomical abnormalities, history of bleeding during nasopharyngeal surgery, difficulty in placement of nasopharyngeal airway
