Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? First onset, course = 2 weeks and = 3 months; ? Aged 25-70 years, with stable vital signs and stable condition; ? No unilateral spatial neglect or partial blindness, no serious visual, auditory or cognitive speech impairment; ? Conscious, able to understand and execute instructions, Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score = 17 points; ? Ashworth grade of affected upper limb = 2; ? Can tolerate at least 4 hours of treatment per day.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Recurrent stroke, obvious lesions or cerebral edema in both cerebral hemispheres; ? Complicated with myocardial infarction, angina pectoris attack, severe liver, kidney, lung, hematopoietic system, endocrine system and other diseases, bone and joint diseases, malignant tumors and other complications restricting activities; ? Those with previous mental history, history of dementia, stupidity, deafness and dumb; ? Patients with wound, ulcer and severe infection on the side of hemiplegia; ? Hemiplegic side with shoulder joint subluxation, severe pain, numbness and other sensory disorders; ? Implanting electronic devices in vivo, such as cardiac pacemakers; ? Implanting metal substances in the body, such as aneurysm clips.
