Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of experimental group: ? railway patrol workers;?Meet the diagnostic criteria issued by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 1999, and the clinical diagnosis is diabetes;? No strenuous exercise was done within 24 hours before the test, and no residual muscle fatigue was caused;? Good cognitive ability, able to successfully complete the experiment;? Sign informed consent and be willing to cooperate with relevant experiments and inspections;? The patient had no other lower extremity diseases and no serious walking dysfunction;In addition to diabetes, there are no cardiovascular system, respiratory, digestive, urinary and blood system diseases affecting daily life. Control group included: ? no diabetes, no lower limb and foot diseases;?No strenuous exercise was done within 24 hours before the test, and no residual muscle fatigue was caused;? Good cognitive ability, able to successfully complete the experiment;?Sign informed consent and be willing to cooperate with relevant experiments and inspections;? Good health, no cardiovascular system, respiratory, digestive, urinary and blood system diseases affecting daily life.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Surgical treatment of the spine or limbs for different reasons or serious trauma is not effectively treated, which may affect the patient's gait and balance history;? Other diseases occurred during the course of the disease, affecting the outcome observer.
