DJK-5:rinsing 10 µg/mL DJK-5 for 2 min
1018:rinsing 10 µg/mL 1018 for 2 min
CHX :rinsing 0.2%CHX for 2 min
water:rinsing sterile water for 2 min
DJK-5+CHX:rinsing mouthwash of 10 µg/mL DJK-5 and 0.2%CHX for 2 min

25 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults without systemic disease, more than 24 permanent teeth in oral cavity, no gingivitis or periodontitis symptoms, no untreated dental caries, age 25-40 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smoking history, wearing removable denture or orthodontic appliance, history of antibiotic treatment within three months, pregnancy or lactation, suffering from diseases that change saliva composition or flow rate.
