Interventions

Intervention group:The nudging intervention measures based on behavioral science were given to the high-risk group of colorectal cancer themselves and their family physicians.
Control group:Routine health care

50 Years to 74 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 50 and 74 years; (2) Being positive for high-risk factor questionnaire or fecal immunochemical test; (3) Have not had a colonoscopy since May 1, 2021; (4) Voluntary participation in research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) being diagnosed with CRC before screening; (2) having received other interventions to promote colonoscopy during the study period; (3) having contraindications to undergoing colonoscopy (severe heart, lung, liver, or kidney dysfunction or severe mental illness).
