Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =65 years old; 2.Patients diagnosed by X-ray or CT with hip fractures requiring elective surgery, including femoral neck fractures, intertrochanteric fractures, and subtrochanteric fractures; 3. Obtain the informed consent of the patient or the patient's legal representative, voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent; 4. Have normal expression, communication and understanding skills.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious, uncontrolled organic lesions or infections and unstable vital signs; 2. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases; 3.The patients with abdominal distension and constipation were not relieved before operation, and the patients used laxative drugs before operation; 4. People with a history of motion sickness.
