Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-60 years; 2. First diagnosed with kidney stone (via kidney-ureter-bladder radiography, urinary tract ultrasonography, or abdominal computed tomography, confirmed to have calcium oxalate as the primary component through stone composition analysis); 3. CT (thick layer 2mm) -confirmed complete stone clearance; 4. In addition to increasing water intake, no other drugs were taken to prevent stone recurrence; 5. Voluntarily participated in the trial and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Infectious stones, urinary tract abnormalities, hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, chronic renal insufficiency (serum creatinine >=133 µmol/L), kidney stones caused by long-term drug use; 2. Use of antibiotics or immunosuppressants within three months; 3. Inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, GI infection, digestive system tumor, bowel surgery, or diarrhea or constipation within one month.
