Customized music group:Music played via loudspeakers from a list of music selected by the patient the day before surgery
Control group:Music is played via loudspeakers, consisting of pre-selected light classical pieces chosen by the researchers.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective cesarean delivery conducted under combined epidural anesthesia; 2. Age of 20 ~ 50 years; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification ?~ ?; 4. Agree to participate in this clinical trial and voluntarily sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to intrathecal anesthesia; 2. Patients with a history of mental illness or being treated with psychotropic drugs within 3 months; 3. Hearing impairment; 4. Patients who refuse to participate or have difficulty in cooperating with the medical staff in completing the treatment; 5. Inability to self-assess anxiety/pain, cooperate in completing questionnaires, or cooperate in choosing music; 6. Other conditions that the researcher considers inappropriate for enrollment (specific reasons should be indicated).
