low-dose esketamine complex Dexmedetomidine group (DK group):The DK group received 0.25 mg / kg esketamine intravenously 10 min before induction of general anesthesia, and dexmedetomidine at 0.5 ug /
Dexmedetomidine group (Group D) : In group D, intravenous injection of isovolume saline 10min before induction, intravenous dexmedetomidine 0.5 ug / kg at the beginning of the operation was completed

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Families with elective adenoidectomy and adenoid tonsillectomy agreed to participate in the study; (2) age 3-7 years, gender; (3) weight 12-26kg, BMI of 18-24 kg/m²; (4) ASA I-II; (5) history of unintentional and lung disease; (6) no abnormal liver and kidney function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) hypertension, intracranial pressure or elevated intraocular pressure; (2) hyperthyroidism; (3) patients with epilepsy and other mental diseases; (4) patients with heart block.
