Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Results of blood gas analysis (oxygen and index PaO 2 / FiO 2, AaDO 2) at T1 (end of surgery);Serum injury inflammatory cytokines content including CRP, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IFN- ?, and TNF- a at T1 (end of surgery);Results of blood gas analysis (oxygen and index PaO 2 / FiO 2, AaDO 2) at T2 (one hour after extubation);Serum injury inflammatory cytokines content including CRP, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IFN- ?, and TNF- a at T2 (one hour after extubation);T2 time point bedside chest radiograph and lung ultrasound atelectasis score;Prevalence of postoperative hypoxemia (SPO 2 <90%);

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
General preoperative condition (gender, age, body weight);Hemodynamic indicators (mean arterial blood pressure, central venous pressure, heart rate)T1 (end of surgery).;Hemodynamic indicators (mean arterial blood pressure, central venous pressure, heart rate)T2 (one hour after extubation).;Number of days in hospital after surgery;
