Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: a. Age less than 5 years (including 5 years); b. Children who attended the sentinel hospital outpatient unit, emergency room, and/or were admitted as inpatients with a primary diagnosis of AGE; c. Informed consent was obtained from the immediate family members and signed the informed consent form, providing the details of the child; d. No LLR vaccination history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: a. older than 5 years of age; b. patients with other types of gastroenteritis (e.g. allergic enteritis/inflammatory bowel disease/bacterial intestinal infections); c. Children who did not sign the informed consent for scientific research; d. LLR vaccination history.
