Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of circadian rhythm disturbed sleep wake disorder; 2)18 years old =55 years old; 3) Did not participate in other clinical investigators; 4) Early-Evening questionnaire (MEQ) score =41; 5) No contraindications to acupuncture; 6) Voluntarily participate in this project and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Respiratory related sleep disorders, circadian rhythm sleep disorders and sleep dysfunction; 2) insomnia caused by drugs, sleep disorders caused by excessive use of alcohol, coffee, strong tea, etc.; 3) Patients caused by systemic diseases and external environmental interference; 4) Pregnant or lactating women; 5) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe heart disease, severe diabetes, malignant hypertension, severe infection, liver and kidney insufficiency, hematopoietic system diseases, mental illness, AIDS, tuberculosis, hepatitis and other infectious diseases; 6) Where the skin of the acupoint is seriously infected or afraid of needles; 7) Patients with malignant tumors or other serious wasting diseases, susceptible to infection or bleeding.
