Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) School students; 2) Physical fitness; 3) Voluntary participation in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Lower limb sports injuries within six months; (2) Serious illnesses such as malignant tumours, bronchial asthma, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (3) Other illnesses preventing physical activity for more than 2 weeks
