18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age=18 Planning elective cardiac surgery (coronary artery bypass grafting and/or heart valve); The score of the simple mental state scale assessed before surgery was greater than the lowest score of the corresponding educational level: illiteracy =17 points, primary education = 20 points, and middle school and above =23 points; Able to complete neuropsychological tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cognitive dysfunction existed before operation. Diagnosis of mental and neurological disorders; History of craniocerebral trauma; History of stroke or intracranial hemorrhage.
