Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? All IPF patients meet the diagnostic criteria for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis established by the American Thoracic Society/European Respiratory Society/Japanese Respiratory Society/Latin American Thoracic Association (ATS/ERS/JRS/ALAT) in 2018; ? The patient did not have any concurrent tumors, such as lung cancerous lesions or lung malignant tumors; ? The patient did not use glucocorticoids within the month prior to inclusion in the experiment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Concomitant pulmonary infections, allergic pneumonia, and other respiratory system diseases; ? Concomitant or previous radiation pneumonia, sarcoidosis, and pneumoconiosis; ? Pulmonary lesions caused by occupation, medication, environment, heart failure, etc; ? Serious diseases such as hypertension, heart disease, liver dysfunction, and renal dysfunction; ? The patient is in pregnancy or lactation period
