Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? voluntary participation in the study, squatting experience; ? no caffeine intake before the test, the lower limbs did not undergo high-intensity resistance exercise in 48 h; ? no lower limb joint injuries (open and closed), cardiovascular disease, skin allergies, hernias and other symptoms that are not suitable for the research intervention. They had at least 1 year of exercise experience in resistance training, were ranked as Level 2 athletes or above, and had a deep squat 1RM value of =1.5 times their own body weight.
