Dedicated cuff pressure gauge group:Measurement of cuff pressure using a modified cuff pressure gauge from VBM (German ,VBM) (preinflation pressure 30 cmH2O).
Electronic cuff pressure gauge group:Direct measurement of cuff pressure with the GM510 digital manometer (Shenzhen Jumoyuan Technology Co., Ltd).

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-III; 2. Age of 18 to 75 years; 3. Anaesthesia by tracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Comorbid severe underlying disease; 2. Preoperative hoarseness or sore throat; 3. BMI >30 kg/m2 and BMI <20 kg/m2; 4. Predictable difficult airway.
