18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 18-70 years. (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I-III (3) NYHA cardiac function Grade III and below (4) There were no lung lesions before surgery, and oxygenation index: PaO2(partial arterial oxygen pressure)/FiO2(oxygen concentration)>300 mmHg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative renal insufficiency (creatinine >1.6 mg/dL), renal failure with oliguria or anuria, hemodialysis required (2) Liver dysfunction (bilirubin >3mg/dL) (3) Planned intraoperative cryogenic circulatory arrest (4) Known allergy to methylprednisolone and contraindications to nervous tissue (5) Existing clotting or bleeding disorders. (6) Pregnancy, emergency surgery (7) The patient refused to cooperate
