Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade I-III 2.age raged from 16-65 years 3.BMI> 27.5kg/m2 4.Not allergic to the drugs used in this study 5.Patients undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients refused to participate in the study 2.People with mental retardation or immature intelligence and unable to control their behavior 3.Drug or alcohol addiction or suffering from an unmanageable mental illness 4.People with poor compliance 5.Gestational diabetes and certain special types of diabetes patients 6.People in poor general condition and unable to tolerate general anesthesia or surgery
