Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients were diagnosed with coronary heart disease and underwent coronary artery bypass grafting; (2) Saphenous vein and internal mammary artery were used as grafts. (3) patients without history of allergy to aspirin, clopidogrel and indobufen; (4) Aspirin was discontinued 5 to 7 days before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) complicated with serious organic diseases of other systems; (2) patients with coagulation dysfunction or bleeding tendency; (3) patients with malignant tumors; (4) atrial fibrillation (5) patients undergoing other types of cardiac surgery (such as valve replacement) at the same time; (6) other patients requiring anticoagulant drugs.
