Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 20 to 55 years, Ultrasound or magnetic resonance diagnosis of intermural leiomyomas (mainly type V (fibroids that penetrate the entire myometrium) and type VI (fibroids that protrude into the serosa) Fibroid excision is clinically indicated Elective laparoscopic myomectomy under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with moderate to severe anemia before surgery Previous myomectomy History of preoperative hormonal therapy Pregnant and postmenopausal women Obesity (body mass index >30 kg/m^2) The maximum diameter of a single >10 cm Major organ or systemic diseases (e.g., ischemic heart disease, congestive heart failure, cerebrovascular disease, renal vascular disease, hypertension, etc.) Severe intra-abdominal adhesions
