Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 3-6 years old preschool healthy children; (2) Good health, without any exercise taboo; (3) Parents/legal guardians of the subjects provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Children with malnutrition or disease affecting their growth and development; 2) Children with any disorder affecting cognitive and motor development.
