Conditions

muscle relaxant

Interventions

Lidocain group:Before induction of anesthesia, lidocaine was injected intravenously at 1.5mg/kg,then lidocain 2 mg/ (kg·h) was administered intravenously for 30 minutes.
Control group :Before induction of anesthesia, 0.9% normal saline is injected intravenously at the same volume, then the same volume of 0.9% normal saline was administered intravenously for 30 minute
