Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the corresponding diagnostic criteria: ? The DCHD group met the diagnostic criteria for both diabetes and CHD; ? the NDCHD group met the diagnostic criteria for CHD but not diabetes; ? the DM group met the diagnostic criteria for diabetes but not CHD; ? the Control group did not meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes and CHD. (2) Age between 18 and 75 years old, gender is not limited; (3) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with congenital heart disease, severe cardiac insufficiency (heart function grade III or above), acute cerebrovascular disease; (2) Combined with acute and chronic infections, liver and renal insufficiency or other immune, ematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; (3) History of malignant tumor; (4) Combined with mental illness, severe neurosis; (5) Those who have used antibiotics, prebiotics or probiotic products within 2 weeks.
