experiment group:Metosol (Ear canal Spray dressing) 3 spray * tid *2 weeks

control group:1. Fluconazole 3 drops * tid* 2 weeks 2. Boric acid ear drops 3 drops *tid*2 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 3 and above; 2) Diagnosis of fungal-induced small wounds in the ear canal; 3) Diagnosis of mold-induced small wounds in the ear canal; 4) The patient hereby consent and sign a written informed agreement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with allergies; 2) Individuals with severe heart, lung, brain, liver and kidney diseases; 3) The researcher deems the use of ear canal spray dressing unsuitable; 4) Patients suffering from mental disorders who are unable to cooperate.
