18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Planned to undergo elective shoulder arthroscopic surgery under general anesthesia; B. Age range from 18 to 70 years old; C. BMI 18-30 kg/m2; D. ASA grade I to III; E. Understand the contents of the informed consent form and agree to sign the informed consent form before this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. There are contraindications for regional nerve block (puncture site infection, coagulation dysfunction, local anesthetic allergy); B. Concomitant chronic pulmonary and bronchial diseases, old cerebral infarction, transient ischemic attacks, sleep apnea syndrome, liver and kidney dysfunction, or mental illness; C. Huge shoulder sleeve tear; D. Long term use of opioid drugs; E. Transitioning from surgery to open surgery; F. Refusing to sign informed consent forms, etc
