Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male patients undergoing scheduled transurethral endoscopic surgery; 2. Age = 18 years old; 3. BMI 18.5-28 kg/m2; 4. American society of Aneshesiologists I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refuse to participate in the study; 2. Allergy or contraindications to the investigational drug; 3. History of neurological or psychiatric disorders or inability to communicate; 4. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 5. Clearly adapt to patients in the experimental/control group.
