30 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients diagnosed with primary glaucoma (2) 30-65 years old, male or female, including one or both eyes depends on diagnosis (3) Duration of the disease >3 months, IOP within 21mmHg by using prostaglandin inhibitors or (and) carbonic anhydrase inhibitors or without eye drops in the past 3 months. (4) BCVA=0.2 (5) Patient did not take medicine such as ginkgo biloba extract, salvia miltiorrhiza extract, etc., or stopped taking medicine for more than 1 month; (6) Understand, agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with eye surgery in the last six months or active corneal disease in the last three months; (2) Patients with cataract above grade III or with other fundus lesions; (3) Patients who are not suitable for acupuncture or have skin damage or serious scars at acupuncture points; (4) Pregnant or lactating women; (5) Patients participating in other research; (6) Patients with intracranial space occupying, demyelinating diseases, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious systemic diseases and mental diseases.
